Return Policy

If you need to return for an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service at 888-862-2234 Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM  PST. You can also contact us via LiveChat on our website. Customer service will answer all your concerns as well as provide you with a instructions on how to return.
We offer a 30-day return policy starting the day the buyer receives the item(s). Item(s) being return must be in brand new condition including all boxes, hardware, manuals and accessories. We will provide a pre-paid UPS return label only for item(s) received broken, defective, or incorrect due to data error and has not been used or assembled within the 30 day period. We are unable to reimburse anything paid outside our company if you do decide to return and pay on your own for return shipping. Items returned for reasons other than the ones stated will not be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label.

Return for Exchange/Refund

If a purchased item does not fit, please do not force or alter the part to make it fit. Doing so can damage the part, your car, or cause injury to yourself. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the products and measure the parts to confirm the specifications.  CQUENCE is not responsible for installation of wrong parts, any costs exceeding the cost of the part, and we will not accept returns of parts that have been installed or modified. Return for exchange may take 3-5 business days to process before shipment. If applicable, the customer must pay any part price difference before an exchange can be processed.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless it is due to our error. If you refuse delivery or if the carrier returns a shipment because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returns for refund is subject to a 15% restocking fee except for when the following conditions apply:

  • We shipped the wrong merchandise.
  • The merchandise was damaged during shipping.
  • The merchandise is defective.

 Warranty Policy

Warranty replacement claims for warped rotors will require a copy of a brake report from a certified and licensed shop or dealer. The report must indicate exactly which rotor or rotors are warped. 1 year on warping, 1 year on manufacturer defects such as cracking (rotor must be within the minimum thickness).  Does not apply to brake noise, brake dust, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover wear and tear replacements, noise, or corrosion. The warranty claim is for a one-time replacement only and excludes shipping and handling. Shipping and Damage Claims

If you received a damage shipment, please contact us immediately. We will report and file a claim with the appropriate carrier and proceed accordingly with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CQUENCE must be notified within 30 days of scheduled delivery date for an investigation to be opened with carrier for lost or stolen packages. Replacement of product or refund will be processed at the end of the investigation.

International Location UPS/USP

Shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. UPS/USPS may ask to collect taxes/duties; please contact your local UPS/USPS office or local government for details. CQUENCE  is not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees.
