At Cquence, orders placed by 1 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) are usually processed the same day.
There is normally a processing time of 2-3 business days for drilled brake rotors as they are machined-to-order prior to shipment.
All items are shipped from our warehouse located in Southern California.
Expected delivery dates are our best approximation of when you will see your order. In most instances, you will see your item within the date of purchase and estimated delivery date. If an unexpected error is to occur, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone of a new delivery date and give you the opportunity to keep or cancel your order.
In an effort to pass savings onto our valued customers, many items may not immediately be in stock.
Shipping is FREE on orders of $100.00 or more for the Contiguous United States (lower 48 States). Some restrictions do apply (see below).
Size and weight—free shipping does not apply if your order is greater than a combined weight of 90 pounds. Typically, orders this heavy require to be shipped in multiple packages in order to prevent damage and to pass shipping restrictions. Although free shipping does not apply to these types of packages, we will offer a discounted rate on shipping and handling.
If you are from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands or an APO/FPO address, please contact us with your zip code prior to ordering for shipping quotes. We may be able to offer free shipping for select zip codes.
Orders eligible for free shipping will be delivered through a standard ground shipping method selected by Cquence and may have to ship in multiple packages. We also require a physical address, business or residential and not a PO BOX in order to deliver your package. Express shipping is not eligible as a free shipping method.
Cquence reserves the right to end or change the free shipping offer at any time.
Some items come with a special surcharge that is charged above and beyond the shipping cost of the order. These surcharges ARE NOT discounted as part of a FREE, FLAT or DISCOUNTED shipping promotion, unless otherwise specified. The surcharge is a fixed charge based on an item's weight and/or size.
Expediting Your Order
We understand that obtaining brake parts can be a time sensitive matter.
Our customers have the option to expedite their order the following ways:
1. Opt out on zinc plating -- opting out on zinc plating will cut down the processing time of your order in half.
2. Paying for express mail service.
Upon the delivery of your package, if you notice that there are signs of substantial damage done to the package, which may have affected your items, please refuse the package. After you have refused the package, contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com or call directly at 888-862-2234, 8AM – 5PM (PST) to speak with customer care representative. We will move forward with a claim and proceed with a replacement order.
If the damage done to the package is minor and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but be sure to make note of it on your delivery receipt.
Immediately after receiving your order, open and inspect your item(s) for signs of “concealed damage,” or damage done to the item that was not apparent until the package is opened. In the event that your item is damaged, contact the carrier immediately to file a report. The carrier should be contacted no later than 48 hours after the receipt of the item. Be sure to retain original material received, such as your delivery receipt. If possible, digital photos should be taken to support any claims. After the report has been filed with the carrier, please contact us directly by phone at (888) 862-2234 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to speak with a customer care representative so that we may complete the claim and process any replacements.
For international orders, shipping cost is by weight and size. Please contact us directly for shipping quotes.
Due to customs clearance, there are instances where packages may be delayed for delivery to international customers.
The customer is responsible for any customs fees.
When will my items be shipped?
All orders placed before 1 p.m. usually begin processing the same day. Our brake rotors are machined-to-order, so there is typically a processing time of 2-3 business days for machining and plating prior to shipment. All other items (e.g. brake pads, brake shoes, hardware, sensors, etc.) will ship within 24 to 48 hours.
How long will delivery take?
All items ship from our warehouse located in Southern California, so shipping times will vary depending on your address. If your address is in the West Coast, the approximate delivery date is anywhere from 1-3 business days. Addresses in the Central US or the East Coast have an approximate delivery date of 3-6 business days.
Will all my items arrive at the same time?
In most instances, we will only ship your order in its entirety at one time when they are done processing. However, your items may have to be shipped in multiple packages due to weight and size. As a result, your items may not all arrive at the same time. Sometimes, packages may arrive one day apart.
When will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number after we have created a label for your order. Typically, we only create labels for orders as soon as they are done processing and are ready to ship. We will then email you the tracking number. Please ensure that you have provided a valid email address.
