RETURN POLICY

We operate under a 30-day return policy from the date of item receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be in brand new condition, including original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories. We offer pre-paid UPS return labels exclusively for items received in a broken, defective, or incorrect condition due to data error, provided they haven't been used or assembled within the 30-day period. Please note that we cannot reimburse costs incurred outside our company if you choose to arrange return shipping independently. Items returned for reasons other than those mentioned will not be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label.

Return for Exchange/Refund

If an item doesn't fit, avoid forcing or altering it to fit, as this may damage the part, your vehicle, or pose a risk of injury. It's the buyer's responsibility to inspect and measure parts to confirm specifications. CQUENCE is not liable for incorrectly installed parts, costs exceeding the part's value, or returns of installed or modified items. Exchange requests may take 3-5 business days to process before shipment. Any price difference must be paid by the customer before an exchange is processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless attributable to our error. Refusal of delivery or return due to an invalid address incurs return shipping costs deducted from your refund. All refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless:

  • We shipped incorrect merchandise.
  • Merchandise arrived damaged during shipping.
  • Merchandise is defective.

 

Warranty Policy

If you are experiencing issues with your product, we are here to assist you with a replacement. Please note the following details regarding our warranty claims:

Warped Rotors: Warranty replacement claims for warped rotors require a brake report from a certified and licensed shop or dealership. The report must indicate exactly which rotor(s) are warped.

Coverage: Our warranty covers one year or 12,000 miles from the original purchase date against warping and manufacturer defects such as cracking (rotors must meet minimum thickness).

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover brake noise, dust, normal wear and tear, or rust.

Replacement: The warranty entails a one-time replacement, exclusive of shipping and handling costs.

Refunds: The warranty does not include refunds.

Additional Information:

  • Warping: 1 year or 12,000 miles.
  • Manufacturer Defects: 1 year on defects such as cracking (rotor must be within the minimum thickness).
  • Exclusions: Wear and tear replacements, noise, or corrosion are not covered.

Shipping and Damage Claims

In the event of a damaged shipment, contact us immediately for a report and claim filing with the relevant carrier. We'll proceed with replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Notify CQUENCE within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date to initiate an investigation with the carrier for lost or stolen packages. Product replacement or refund will be processed upon investigation completion.

International Shipping via UPS/USPS

Shipping charges do not cover taxes and duties. UPS/USPS may request tax/duty payments; please consult your local UPS/USPS office or government for details. CQUENCE bears no responsibility for taxes, duties, or fees.
